Project Overview
The project involved designing a bespoke mobile app for a real estate client to streamline property management, payments, and customer database. The client needed a custom-built CMS module for quick property addition and a CRM system to efficiently manage their customer database.
Problem Statement
The existing processes for property management and customer relationship management were time-consuming, lacked a unified system, and hindered the client's ability to quickly manage new properties within the app.
The Goal
Develop a custom mobile app with a user-friendly interface for property management, payments, and customer database. The app needed a CMS module for swift property addition and a CRM system for effective customer relationship management.
Our Role
Lead UX/UI Designer, tasked with crafting an intuitive and efficient mobile app that fulfills the client's requirements, from initial design concepts to the final implementation.

Visual Identity
We introduced a new design language to primary pages, allowing us to modernise the look and feel of the application whilst staying faithful to the familiar PropUp brand.

UI/UX Design
PropUp's 30,000+ real-estate agents use this in-house product all day, every day, to build quotations and manage customer relationships. Whilst agents were very familiar with the current flow, it wasn’t a joy to use. Clunky, dated and unintuitive, it was in serious need of a facelift.





The Results
PropUp are known to pride themselves on the quality of their digital experiences. Rigorous testing and iterative design was absolutely essential to the success of our work in this partnership. User testing and focus groups across the board reported a 90% satisfaction rate with our solutions.
