Project Overview

The project involved digitizing and modernizing the HR, attendance tracking, and payroll processes for a manufacturing company. Our goal was to introduce a faster and simpler user experience, revamping the existing manual processes with a new web app designed to cater to the needs of large corporations and their hierarchical structures.

Problem Statement

The existing manual processes for HR, attendance tracking, and payroll were time-consuming, prone to errors, and lacked a user-friendly interface suitable for a large corporate environment.

The Goal

Develop a user-friendly web app that streamlines HR, attendance tracking, and payroll processes, accommodating the hierarchy of large corporations while delivering speed and simplicity.

Our Role

Lead UX/UI Designer, responsible for reimagining the user experience and designing a modern, modular interface that caters to the specific needs of the manufacturing company.

Visual Identity

We focused on establishing a more emotive connection with Workforce's employees through content and design. We prioritised user experience and and created an identity that would help to build trust. Highlighting real Workforce employees lends personality to the brand.

UI/UX Design

For Workforce, we prototyped a HR & Payroll system that helps admins to accurately monitor their employees, doing away with cumbersome paperwork and simplifying the experience for everyone. The app also allows managers to collect data to support ongoing employee statistics.

The Results

We developed and maintained robust internal processes to ensure we could comply with Workforce's rightly rigorous legal and data management standards. Yet, this ongoing partnership proves that our core belief in simple, useful and beautiful solutions is a recipe for success no matter what the sector.
