Project Overview
ComPas is an innovative education-tech initiative based in the Netherlands, focused on improving students' career prospects. The client aimed to create a digital ecosystem where students could showcase their skills and competencies to potential employers while receiving valuable feedback from educators and industry professionals.
Problem Statement
In today’s job market, academic credentials alone are often insufficient to secure employment. Employers seek candidates with demonstrated soft skills and real-world competencies. However, students lack a structured way to showcase these skills. The client needed a digital solution to facilitate skill assessments, enable meaningful feedback, and increase the visibility of students' capabilities in a professional setting.
The Goal
To address this challenge, we designed and developed a mobile-responsive website that enables students to build their profiles, receive skill-based ratings from teachers and coaches, and track their progress over time. These assessments provide insights into critical skills such as problem-solving, communication, and leadership, giving students a competitive edge in the job market. The mobile-responsive website ensures seamless access for users across various devices.
Our Role
We led the UX/UI design and development of the ComPas platform, ensuring a user-friendly experience that simplifies engagement for students, educators, and coaches.
