Project Overview
Aim Aerial Maintenance is a mobile responsive web app streamlining maintenance requests for medical equipment in hospitals and clinics. The platform simplifies the process by allowing facilities to scan QR codes on machines, submit maintenance requests, and facilitates communication between technicians and administrators.
Problem Statement
Inefficient and disparate systems for managing equipment maintenance requests in healthcare facilities, leading to delays and communication gaps.
The Goal
Develop a user-friendly mobile-responsive web app that enables hospitals and clinics to seamlessly request maintenance appointments, facilitates communication between technicians and facilities, and provides administrators with a centralized overview of maintenance records.
Our Role
Lead UX/UI Designer, responsible for designing an intuitive and efficient user interface that addresses the specific needs of healthcare professionals, technicians, and administrators.

Visual Identity
The visual identity for Aim Aerial Maintenance was carefully crafted to reflect the reliability, trustworthiness, and efficiency required in a healthcare setting. The color palette was chosen to evoke a sense of calm and professionalism, with calming cyans and greens symbolizing trust and health. Typography played a crucial role in ensuring readability and clarity, especially in high-stress environments where quick comprehension was essential.


UI/UX Design
The final design for Aim Aerial Maintenance brought together the insights gained from user research, the strategic design of the sitemap and user flows, and the carefully crafted visual identity. The result was a user-friendly platform that addressed the specific needs of healthcare professionals, technicians, and administrators.












The Results
The launch of the Aim Aerial Maintenance platform was met with positive feedback from hospitals and clinics where it was implemented. The platform led to a significant reduction in the time taken to submit and process maintenance requests, allowing for quicker servicing of medical equipment and minimizing downtime.
